if you mean that you have 6000 rockets, go kill npcs with them or other player

Three ways to use rockets...

1. Lock on target... hit space bar.
2. Lock on target... hit the rocket attack button
3. buy auto rocket fire chip, load on ship, click to activate, then Lock on target, attack with lasers. Rockets fire automatically.

Recommended add on --- rapid fire of rockets chip. Instead of a 5 second wait between rockets, its only a 3 second wait.

Best method.... get a premium account follow method 3 above. Rockets fire twice as fast for the premium accounts as for the non premium.

IF you are actually talking about the MainScreen//LAB//Updates//Rockets data, that means you have Resource Updated 6000 Rockets so they will hit harder.
Rockets you can "get rid of" by firing them at targets -OR- selling them.
Updates you can "get rid of" only by firing Rockets at targets.

As said above, just first your rockets away to get rid of them and the Lad updates
