Can't change user information

I can't change username information as email and nickname. When i try to change them the game says that will send an email to the new emailaddress gave but i don'treceive any email. I sent two emails to support but they didn't solved the problem.

Whenever you post something please indicate your user id number.

It would depend on what type of email address you have.
For example: If an individual has a hotmail account, that confirmation email will not be received because it is being blocked. There is noting we can do about that.

You can always sent us an email with your user id number to verify this.

It took a day for my confimation email to come through just be patient

yes but i did 10 times and i waited more than a week.

If thats the case then I would email support to confirm your email is correct on your account first. If it is then you should contact you mail provider to find out where the emails are going.
