When you say all your uri, how much did you lose?

i once lost 10k uri

but it turned out i had sent text top up and before O2 could take the credits off my phone i thought i had enough for 1 more text when it was a happy hour.

are you sure that what ever method you used to top up did not
bounce ie enough funds in your bank account or enough credit if mobile top up?

Misskitti7, I do appreciate your input cause that’s how problems get solved but I do not use text messaging at all. And to answer your question there was between 55,000 to 60,000 Uridium in my game account at the time I came back to play my game.

Yesterday I stopped to go eat my dinner and left my game on, then I had about 55,000 to 60,000 Uridium. When I came back about I hr. latter, I had no Uridium at all. It has taken me about a year to get this ship jdy321 - East server, to were I am know. I don't now what happened but, I will not purchase anything ells from your store so it can disappear.
I had to play like a noby to get my uridium back up over 500 just so I would not loose my ship. I will continua to play but I will not by any more from you store. By the way I am secure with my PC so I don't know how this could have happened. I have not given any personal information or otherwise nothing to anyone.

For this to be looked into you will have to post your user id,your user id is the 6-8 digit number just above where you ep is on the backpage,also what would help is if you went on the credits page and then click balance this will tell you what you have spent and all the creds/uri you got from bonus boxes/npcs ect,
