You cant invite them as such but you can ask them to join alls what you have to do is go on clan search or tell someone you want to talk about your clan recuritin to go to clan search and tell them the name of you clan and they will send an app and you can accecpt them into the clan.

Correct. Please remember to use clansearch chat though, it will save you some trouble with a ban for recruiting in global or company chat.
