Hi, my user id# is 6303508, I was in galaxy gate Y had about 25 lil kris left to go, and the screen jumped for a second and then I got a red screen. I spent over 30k in uri and lost almost 300 prommy. When are u going to fix the problems? And I'd appreciate my account being credited back what i lost thank you.
