The game is not a fair platform for competition therefore their is no sense in playing. The old server you REALLY needed skill. Now, you need money. Not to compete with other players that spend money but to protect yourself from people that cheat with a program and steal from the real consumers of DO.
I want to thank those that have spoken with me, made me a better player and a better human being. Where I may be on from time to time, hoping that DO will pull it in and reinvent a fun game, I won't be on enough to be noticed. I have a new world that I will be in with those I find to be the best... [ONE.].
You speak the truth Geek. It is a shame what this game has become on many levels. I hop on every 3-6 months or so to see if things are better, but it looks hopeless now.
Thanks for the fun battles when I was in VRU so many years ago. It was pleasure getting you in my log book, and being in < yours. I kind of miss you and Wallerdad uncloaking on me as I helped some noob kill an alien in 3-3. People will say what they will about you, but to me highly skilled straight up players are what made the game more enjoyable. You always fit that mold to me.
When I joined EIC, you and many of ONE were very welcoming. I appreciate that. Thank you all for allowing me in your TS to join in on the ONE fun.
The game is no longer the same in US1 without your clan.
As a free player, I learned to fear, respect, admire, envy ONE clan.
My first kill in this game was QDL4. Man you did not know the sense of achievement I felt.
I tried very hard to study and mimic your tactics, never were able to duplicate all. It is just not the same, you perfected the art of group hunting
Q himself is the master of all solo hunters.
I still play time to time and hangout in your upper I mean EIC upper solo hunting.
But it is not the same, before when you make it alive in your vengi after escaping ONE clan pursuit make it back to your home map, it was the news in the chat.
I escaped ONE..
The game is not the same. Come back guys. Come back.....c'mon!

We have moved to another "World" where the variety is astounding and the cheating seems to be absent. Think of a South Park episode where all the kids were down in the basement on TS working on their skills and characters to kill a single guy... that's us. More than that I will not say in the forum as this is still DO and it is not proper to advertise other games. Privately I will tell all however.
I appreciate your props... We respected you and those of 12 that brought the fight to us. You all were good adversaries and always honorable. We could use more like you where we are now.

A return is unlikely. As the game adds more an more and more and more and more and more and more and likely even more gates, it will only isolate players from each other. nothing has been done to reward players for group efforts. Updates are too slow and they grab more money from peoples pockets with nothing real or substantial to show for it. The server has less than 24k players on it when it was once 150k. There is no competition any more as the cheaters run wild. Sadly, once honorable people have fallen into the "if they can do it why don't I" trap.
Where I appreciate the support from you, my time and attention is best spent elsewhere until the time that the game is what it once but with integrity.

I am sorry that I can not fulfill your wish. I think my previous posts sum it up. Additionally, DO has taken away many simple things that I used as tools that gave me a tactical advantage over others. While I will not give those secrets away, simple changes such as graphic changes make the mathematics I used in the game nearly useless. Where I studied the game- others did not. This made me better than cheaters and programs because I could adapt. Now- not so much.
I wish you luck... Convince DO to contact me and the rest of the ELITE ONE.s personally... We'll fix the game like no can. Otherwise... You are stuck with a company that likes the game the way it is.

They seem to be doing something. They now lowered the amount of uri people can bot. So if someone bots for 24 hours you won't get any uri anymore or almost nothing.
Anyway, who am I supposed to learn from now?
I was so looking forward to switching to your clan.
After my recent come back I have noticed a lot of alien botters though. I pop each one I see or at least try. If they can take care of the bonus boxes and make it so people can't bot longer than 2-3 hours and perma bann the alien botters which are soooo easy to spot, I think the game would get better. The alien botters are the worst because not only they don't even hide it anymore and do it in plain sight for everyone to see but also influence the ranking system.

First off, nice to meet u Geek. I've played this game for a while and know how u guys fill. Thought i would never say this but i do really miss u guy's raiding our maps. These days it's mostly empty with no one around but the botters. I never really speak on chat or forums but thought i would drop by and just finally say hi. Good luck in ur guy's new game.
