Stalled in Lambda gate

Cannot move ship in Lambda Gate in large map, have to use the mini map.

Are you still experiencing this issue, if so please give a detailed description of what happens when in the gate so that I can attempt to duplicate the situation.

The ship will not move when I click anywhere in the main screen just stays in the same position.
The only way I can move the ship is to click in the mini map. Occasionally the ship will move but then stalls again.
I waited 2 days to try the 2nd time hoping that the problem would be resolved.
I have cleared my cache and cookies and i use Chrome so everything is up to date.
I have lost 2 lives so far due to this glitch and this gate is not a problem for the strength of my ship.

This problem should now be resolved according to info support gave us.

It was caused apparently by background set to 'none'.

If that would still be happening, a background set to something else than non, should fix it.

Spot on, my background was set to the lowest setting.
