Dear Admins,

I would like to know some information regarding the alleged 'Bot User Punishment System', as I am little concerned about the amount of 'Chaos' that it causes around game chat and the game itself.

So far all I am seeing is an ultimatum for legitimate players, in such a way that darkorbit is becoming a 'Put Up or Shut Up' scenario, i.e, Cheats have become part of the game, Bot-Using is only eliminated by a script that is inaccurate and takes too long, but once a bot-user is found to be using illegal software, the bot user/s are given another chance. And from my understanding, Darkorbit only keep these bot users if they purchase uridium from Bigpoint.

However if a free/legit player (Like Myself) ...Is concerned about this but personally can't do anything about it, then WE are left with this ultimatum to either 'Quit Whining or Quit Game'. I find this very disturbing as more and more players are leaving darkorbit, in which some are friends of mine.

Games are supposed to be fun & a good source of entertainment provided by the industry to physically or mentally challenge a person via game related content.

Come on Darkorbit, what are you playing at? ...please eliminate the problematic players and bring back the fun as darkorbit once had...

You can pull the wool over some peoples eyes but not this pilots! ...I know about things like 'Plausible Deny-ability' ...stop giving us political non-sense and give us results we need...

Five years playing this game, three of those awesome great times. But for the past two years I have watched this problem grow and grow to the point of what seems to be no return. Yet I stay hopeful for a fare and good resolve to this problem. But if there is non soon, I too will most likely move on to something new.

No point in voicing your opinion on the forums, look at the development pages; pages and pages of rants alot of people dont like the new updates but guess what bp implement them anyways.

BP had gotten out of hand with the bott updates ... aswell as the botts that buy uri get to stay .. people that are not botts and are free players are being tagged as botts .. seemingly because DO is getting no pay from them ? it all has to do with money and reflects upon the greed that BP has and will show .

Games used to be fun when they were made and run by people that loved games

Volition / 3DO Company / Bullfrog/ Digital Anvil / Ensemble ...and on and on list goes

Now that they are run by bloodsucking pencil pushing "investment groups" you get what we have with Dark Orbit

BTW this has long been policy of this company to punish those that complained and reward rule breakers

as you sad the first 3 years there was no bots because game was not so expencive and as you say past 2 years bots apire as DO was becomig more and more expencive.

if you have avrage IQ you could see what is problem of bot useing.
