long ban

i had a 2 day chat ban
it got liftd because i didnt know it was offnsive
now when i swear because of lag i get a 7 day chat ban
i had a good reason to swear in outfit
i lost 2500 uri because of lag
can u shorten the ban to 2 days as that was the length of the ban that ws lifted
