Le chat box is blank.... This has been going on for about 2 months i guess... lol... never bothered to complain coz it sometimes fixes itself when clear all flash n cache. But alas, no avail... I would be much obliged if this could be fixed.

If this issues in the past has cleared itself with the clearing of flash and cache, then you need to investigate the fact that some thing is wrong with the Flash and or java portion of your system.
You need to check to see if your flash is up to date and has all the proper plug ins. The same with the java, as old and out dated systems will still work on part of the game, it does cause malfunctions.
I would also recommend that you attempt to log in via another web browser and see if the issue remains.
