I just used around 200 gate spins for 100/111 for Zeta, I did mostly 1 by 1 and 10 by 10 Spins, and barely got any gate parts. Is this some kind of joke? 13% of 100 is 13 Gate Parts, double that and I should of got around 26 Parts and instead got 5...

Well After looking in to your situation, I checked your galaxy gate materializer and out of 100 spins you received the following:

13 gate parts
63 Laser ammo
2 hit points
15 ore
3 repair
1 log disk
3 rocket

The galaxy gate materializer is working correctly and is not unbalanced.
