The same thing happens for me as well. And I also have the auto-launcher.

Also, it's not connected so much to the gate as it is whatever resets the Outfit Invite stuff. For example:

1) Go to the 1-4/3-4 portal.
2) Set the invite to BLOCKED
3) Jump with a loaded launcher -- you should still be loaded on the other side (works from 1-4 -> 3-4 or 3-4 -> 1-4). You'll also notice that the BLOCKED invites are NOT reset through this port. It is the only port like that in the game, that I know of.
4) Now go to another port (one that DOES reset the BLOCKED flag -- should be any other port).
5) Jump, and you'll see the rocket launcher is empty again.

It is possible that this might be a glitch from the Hangar updates, but just to be safe, you should post this in the Technical section.
