please correct me if im wrong.

but is there a new bot.

the only reason i say this is.

i can fly thru my home maps. namely x2 map now. and pass many bots. many uncloaked. but. when i get to an nme map. be it x2 or x8. the bots. can now detect you and recognise you as an nme. and run away.

i have noticed this over the last few weeks. i can see a ring of red dots on my mini map. and. when i move in there direction. they move off. i can chase em arround. just out of range. if i get lucky, and get to lock one. i know its a bot. as it behaves in the typical bot manner.

just wondered if anyone else noticed this.

also.

someone earlier mentioned about the other mmorpg games. and how they dealt with bot/farming. i am aware that there are companies that offer to farm your players for you,. for a fee. these companies still exist. yes. they get closed down. but just start up again the next day under a different name. so. are impossible to eliminate.

the only way to deal with the situation. is if a botting/farming account is discovered. no matter what rank it holds. that it is banned for life.

once people realise that there no point botting. since they will lose the account. they just wont bother. then we can all get on with playing the game.
