rocket launchers

ok heres the deal ..i bought a hellstorm rocket launcher .bought hellstorm type rockets/missels from shop about 100 of each i target aliens and other players when there attacking me ...and it just makes a buzz sound ..it doesnt fire anything ..what am i doing wrong ?

You need to activate the launchers.

Although I think they should update the guide a bit... they haven't included info about the SAR rockets.
