Battlescreen Icons/Buttons

I checked the forums, but didn't see anything mentioned about this.
Everytime I logon, I have to move my hotkey icons and CPU/ammo selections. I also have to resize my chat screen. This just started happening yesterday. Is support aware of this?

Also, I know there was an issue with CPU's being displayed, this works now. But it now shows an unequipped CPU (auto drone repair).
