ive tried gettin on to DO but the website as stoped workin on ma computa

ive tried fire fox an internet explorer but both say fire fox/network time out internet explorer/ load error:(
an i ave spelt web site right www.darkorbit.com

i ave checked everything but still not workin i heard the oda day dat virgin media r checkn DO for fraud is dis tru becos im on virgin media

dis lets me on site but wen i press start it loads star system den i press star
an it says faild to conect to the game server this page is being reloaded!

Hi, i have been playing bigpoint games for around 3yr's now + you have started to realy annoy me recently, not only has the game been lagging realy badly but i not cannot get on, i am a virgin media customer and i cannot get on at my house but i can get on useing the same laptop with all the same settings at my grandads who is also a virgin customer so u cannot blame this all on my laptop.

I am not just aiming this @ u bib but u seem to be the only mod relplying to this problem which is also realy annoying me.

IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS JUST ADMIT IT + SORT THEM OUT!!!

just 2 let u know i wont be spending any more money on seafight, dark orbit, x blaster and any other bigpoint game i decide to play unless i see some improvements to the customer support offered to customers and also only if we get some sort of refund for our playing time we wasted. bout 100k uri + the premium days back that u have wasted would be a good start

Also having same problems.

I can log into Dark Orbit, select server UK GB Server and this takes ages to load, takes ages to load login screen. I can get into the Inventory page and access everything there but with slow response from website, but when i go to start game to play it wont establish a connection.

I have Virgin media broadband at home this is where i am having major problems, even loading this forumn is painfully slow. However at work using same laptop i connect with my 3 mobile broadband dongle and have no problems at all connects fine.

I know of some people who are also having problems and are also on Virgin Media, i got my brother to try in his on his Virgin media and his IS working fine abeit a little slow logging in.

I am baffled as to what has screwed this server up but it was working fine on Friday day time, and wouldn;t work in the evening, i can't say for sure but i think it might have something to do with the Easter Egg update which could have happened on friday sometime?

My advice, reboot the entire servers and backdate the UK server before the easter event kicked in and then keep same database intact so no-one loses any experience gained in the last 2 weeks.

I understand that it is only a small ammount of users having this problem but it is definately out of our hands to fix, this is either Virgin Media, or DarkOrbit, nothing we can do, but Virgin Media have said its not their end as someone as stated in a different post.

wish dark orbit wud sort this issue out if it is virgin they need to get it sorted !!!!
