hi i have been doing the surveys to get uri however i have done some of them and shud of recieved 12k uri however it has not come thru please can this be sorted

If you need help you have to post your userID first.

Also don't forget the uridium can't be transferred instantly as those offers are via third parties BigPoint has to wait for their confirmation(s).

Check the MyOffers and F.A.Q. there to see what's the status and the process of validating on these offers.

As stated in the official section we don´t do support for that particular test, remember it´s a beta test, you need to contact the responsible for that directly.
