reward not received

You have received 51200 EP

i killed a kriss at this time and received my reward as normal
i then went to use a free energy for my energy gate and when i went back my game screen the uri and credits i had earned for that kill were gone but the ep and honor are still there
my user ID is 6205370 please look into this

Hi Panic

Have you checked your balance? After the 2009-01-07 01:15:14 there is no uridium deduction of any sort.
All uridium movements get logged.

Please have a look at your balance on the credits page of your account.

another thing is the uri showed up on the galaxy gate energy converter but disappeared the next time i reloaded that page im not quite sure how this hiccup could occur but im pretty sure it did disappear
and another thing is people in my clan have had this happen to them to I'm not sure on the details though

If it happens again please let me know, but iwthout a visible Uridium deduction on oyur account at that time I ahve nothing to go after.
