Red Names

I'm MMO...at times I see others that have red names. NOT red tags like in a war but the whole name. I think this is a bug. I did post it under gen questions when the techs were gone. I've been hearing more and more of people thinking about trying to shoot down those red names.

ive had that few times, all u need to do is refresh your map and it will go back to normal ;)
