Have you got a slow Internet?
In the same map?

Cause if you do:
1, If first time you jump to another map you'll see on Bottom Right of your screen a 'Loading' till it finishes, you'll get lots of lag like you jump from place to place.
2, And, if you have slow Internet, the loading will need more time to finishes, and you'll just lag more.

That sounds very much like a lag issue and as the game is running ok at the moment it must be your provider or your connection.

Oh and adding to what commander said, tonight has been a very laggy night and that may be the reason also. I was in 2-1 and i jumped back 3 times each time half way across the map causing me to use my jump chip cause i was being chased by eic.. with greens. XD.

That sounds very much like a lag issue and as the game is running ok at the moment it must be your provider or your connection.Really, not so good for me and i have an excellent connecition. Around 45 fps.

You can't use your jump chip while being attacked.

my general lag issues are becasue of the game chat. My game runs fine with it turned off, but If play the game with it on or the chat closed I get lag. I think alot of it may be my computer and not a bug or issue with the game...

I never use the game chat as I find I lag far too much with it turned on.

My tip - turn off the chat and leave it off.

If you use it for clan chatting - try to find another solution like using GSC and Gametracker.
