Ripped off in the galaxy gates

ok i am getting really ticked with the way the multipliers work when you get duplicate gate pieces.

so many times i get multiplier's built up to 6 and it is auto activated.. and i get a duplicate gate piece..
we are supposed to be compensated but it is a ripp off not compensation.. for my last 6x multiplier (cost me 600 uri from the spins) i got a huge amount of 3x.. a lovely 50 x3.. what is up with that..

this has happened to me so many times.. and at 100 uri a shot and a increased chance of getting xeno..(i usually get xeno when i have to use the multiplier.. i hate getting it.. i kill bosses for that stuff i dont waste uri on it.)

the ammount of wasted uri just to the poor ammo payout when you spin another gate piece you already have is pathetic.. i estimate around 5k uri for maybe 500 uri worth of product. was payed out.


when this was introduced we were assured it would be benificial to soend uri there..

thanx for the 50 x3 but if i bought it in the ammo shop it would of only cost me 50 bloody uri not 600..

you ppl sure make it hard for me to consider spending cash in your games..
you built a great game BigPoint.. but the way you nickel and dime your membership is truly a heinous act of greed.

no wonder people are looking for other realms.. you keep stacking the odds in your favor..

keep it up and there may be a class action suit against you.. this is the America serer after all.. and only 3 people are needed to file one..

im sure a little chatting with the 500+ ppl on my GSC i could find dozens to sign it.. even more if i posted a blog and tagged the heck out of it..

careful how you treat your players.. it may blow up in your face n this fine game could go into the digital sig wasteland of human memory..


i would post my id and such but you never answer anything.. not even your support.. i have mailed them about glitched accounts, ammo suddenly gone.. non received trade items where i was listed as the winner of the item/s.. and this blatant rip off in the GG's with the multiplier glitch..

great start to the new year and awesome way to build player (consumer) confidence in your company...

i could continue but why bother.. your not going to do anything about it anyways....


ps i am also posting this in my blog and im not being nice with the tags.. it slowly goes from raving about how kewl this game(when i started) is to dont pay to play this game (my recent stance when asked if it is worth it to buy uri):mad:

I do agree with you that the galaxy gates are not the most profitable way for us to spend uri. I finished the gate alpha when they appeared first. I entered it and after almost 7 hours of constant fight with NPC I comitted suicide because I was too tired (70k uri spent for nothing). Now they changed this and it is far easier to complete any gate.

I have to ask you to look at one thing. I also got 50x3 when I used a multiplier, but at that time it ment that I had all parts from one gate. Look at this and maybe you will not feel so bad:D.

works fine with me best ive had so far is 70K hp from a x6 then loads of x3, x2 and sabs cause its all been lost now because ive ben killing bbks and stuff im just lookin forward to completing the gates now im close on two of them :)

I've posted about this in the past. GG pull appears to be randomly bugged. I've raised a support ticket but got no response.

The HP is a waste, as I've said before.
As to letting your multipliers build, I would say:
DONT
Use your multipliers as soon as you get them(x2).
Think about it. It increases your odds of getting more of what you want(even though you're not really getting MORE since you paid for the multiplier). But if you wait until you have x6, you only have 1 spin and could get 6 times xenomit. If you use them at x2, you have the chance of getting double an item you will actually value.
ALSO, if you use a x2 multiplier in the galaxy gate and you get a gate part, you get 3 gate parts.
Other than that, I agree whole-heartedly.
DO is becoming exceedingly self-serving. DO is a game that favors players that spend money(not fair) and spending money is becoming less appealing all the time. I mean, it's not like we're actually receiving something tangible. We're receiving virtual items and virtual currency. They increase our chances of gaming success, but have no true value. So, DO, you should make our investments a little more lucrative.
Get rid of the duplicate pieces in galaxy gate. If you want to throw in multipliers, fine. Make a 3% chance of getting a mulitplier. Get rid of the extra HP. Reduce the chance of getting xenomit. Increase the odds of getting ammo and gate parts.
And when a gate is completed.... make it like the bday gate!! If you die, let us start over, but at least TRY AGAIN!!
I have a doubler that I would like to buy the $100 uri package with.. but not as long as the uri itself is next to useless to me.
