OK, probably wrong place to do this, but not sure how to post in the Payment problems.
I subscribed to Silver Premium 6 months ago with credit card and was not made aware that BigPoint stores my credit card details.
I just got my credit card bill and they took another 6 months subscription!
There doesnt seem to be an obvious way to check or remove my credit card details via the web interface and also I definately did not set up an easy click account.
So anyone aware of where I can check to remove my credit card details?
I've already sent an email to support.en@darkorbit.com hopefully I can get a refund. I'm pretty much done playing this game.

Go to Credits window, select Banking.

Notice [STATUS] at the bottom,click on it to reveal all current subscription plans and details.

An OPTION TO DELETE(cancel) the premium feature is available.
Looks like I can't get a refund. It definately did not make it clear that they would keep my credit card details to renew :(
Can't confirm that they do either as when I subscribed, they had a different interface for subscriptions.
As I have no plans to play any more, I've lost out on this and now have an elite account with 6 months subscription, 151 million credits, 382K Uriudium that's going to waste... hmm...

I don't want to sound nasty or unsympathetically but it's all stated in there Terms & Conditions as per the link in my first post.

Yes, but to be honest, who goes through the terms and conditions?
I understand it's my fault, but hiding the status of the account via the purchasing window (rather the main game window) and with a link at the bottom that isn't obvious it's a link doesnt help.
This credit screen, I probably visited three times during the first month and never re-visited that again afterwards.
