Unfair Chat Bans without an email explaining why?

Has anyone else besides me have been banned from chat for a day without saying something that gives reason to be banned and then not get a reason why you were banned, and does anyone know why this may happen?

Hello,

Every player has their own, unique user ID number. You can find it on the top left corner of your back page. It is the only way to locate you out of the almost 10 million players in Dark Orbit. Also what server the ban took place can be helpful as well.
