2 hour ban

I was given a ban just now for agrevating chat? I dont actually understand how I am the one doing this when I've got spanish people on an English server speaking Spanish with all there jajaja etc you get what I'm saying... coz it happens every day but I don't see them getting banned, they are still in chat and remembering the chat, one Spanish person kept posting my kill maybe 4 times saying 'jajajaja' every single time, I find that considerably aggravating towards me and not me committing that offence
