How to make banner ?

Paint.net...yep, I use that a lot....it's how I created my sig.

other way is to use photoshop

Yeah but Photoshop is a bit expensive just for a sig...
Paint.net is advanced and you can do many things with it and it's free.
Try both but no point in spending over £50 on a photo editing program just for a signature.

Are we talking banners or signatures cause they aren't allways the same? Signatures are pics that you put in the end of your posts.

And what comes to making these there are many programs you can use. Paint.net (free), GIMP (free), photoshop etc. Photoshop might be little too much if you just make sigs. In the other hand you can make some nice sigs with it. Here is few that i have made:

photoshop isnt only used for making signature, i have used it for my homework b4(not suggested cuz teacher thought i found the pic on the internet and not me make it, its bs anyway).
