PH title very frustrating

wow what is this PH title its realy frustrating, is this title be like the title from the achievements, because if so it is realy realy frustratin, we thought it was like the title before, that it will be put under your name in another color.. and one thing how can we use it, i tried to use it but i cant, it doesnt display on space map

yeah I try to put it on and it goes right back to no title whats the deal
