true but it don't have to be the same email address when you send the message to support it asks for your email and that can b changed.

very true Raider. but normally , most people don't realize that and it goes to the default one , which is the one set up .

yea i know mate just putting other idea to him that if he entered a different email and then looking his accounts email... (would be very silly i know)

Thankyou to those who posted.

So the sum up would be: You would have received an e-mail on the account that you entered when you sent your query. If you did not enter one, then you will receive the e-mail on your default e-mail account for DarkOrbit.

If you do not receive a reply within 2 days, I would suggest sending your query again, and type in the e-mail address you wish Support to respond to (just to be safe).
