Occasionally servers do go down temporarily from time-to-time, and you may have difficulty logging in. Most often though, login problems are caused by cache problems - you should follow the instructions in the link provided by Pheonix(roost) (thankyou) to make sure that everything is operational.

Is this still an issue?
