Ship Design Issue

today i bid 6.4million credits on a goliath ship design and i have always had a goliath. I have talked to multiple people in chat including a CM and they told me to post on forums with pic. Today i won a bid for a design and when i go to equipment it doesn't have a tab or anything to click on to equip it, and i have tried to hop maps and my ship is still the same, i have also relogged to see if that resolved it and it didn't.
