My account has been hacked

so today i realised after a few days that my account might have been hacked and i suspect my email has too, ive been recieving wierd emails from numerous sites i have never been to, so i contact support with my user id, user name, and the server and i havent heard back from Crystal since he/she asked me about the email address can someone help:confused:

change both dark orbit and your email password. I would recommend to scan ur computer for virus,spyware etc. before changing it. or make a new email and your account to ur new email.

i cant log into my darkorbit account nor my email account and also the email account i use is only for darkorbit and i had it auto saved on my computer so i never had to remember the email address and now support says they cant help me unless i kno the email address even though i have given my user id and server and user name

your fault is save your account data at computer..
you know scammer / hacker can log in to your computer and get all your personal data?
my friend also did like you..saved account data at computer..the result is FE acc with fat laser gone..
so better to unsave your data

i dont think other people can help you bout this unless support..because they know all data bout player account..and people only can give tips how to prevent from hack..
