Chest Luck Probabilities?

I've been wondering if the chests have been giving "more special" items on certain maps?

Like in lowers maps you have a certain probability of what you can get in chests, then upper maps, then battle maps...

Has anyone got better luck on a certain map when you opened a chest? And if you do please post.

But if chest contents are random on every since map (Like I heard from some) then CM please verify that to me.

Im sick of those chests ! i picked up over 200 and didnt get anything good keep getting junk ! Jump credits and Speed Generators that i already have ..and GG spins ! Not even 1 lf4 or a skill design im really mad cause of those chests ...
They told me they are random ,But from collecting them i see theirs a list of them to pick up full of junk i didnt get any goodies....

pirates and pirate maps have higher chances of lf4, lf3 and b02s but 4-5 has higher chance of designs. ordinary boxes are random. pirate drops are +5% if on the pirate maps +15%.

Is this an observation you have made or can you give a reference for this information, I too have failed to collect anything worth while - not even a cloaking chip. I won't be getting anymore unless this infomation is confirmed then I'll try on 4-5 for a design.

As for the OP, i suggest they are random no matter what map you are in, Although if the user posts back quickly we can see if it is a credible source

lol! i think it is only his opinion.

the what the said, these are random. but i think that it probabilities of getting good items from chest are in pirate maps. why? coz as the story line said, those chest are from pirate npc

4-5 and Pirate Maps have Chests?

I heard people got some good stuff in the pirate maps, but I could never find any chests there other than the ones you get from killing NPCs...

But what I am truly after are the designs, especially the Lightning Design for the Vengi :D!!! ...And you said 4-5 is a better place to go for them? I don't recall seeing any chests in 4-5... Inless you mean the ones you get from killing an NPC from there?

I personally have tried all the maps and I honestly could no see any difference in the kind of stuff I was getting, so my opinion on this is that even if there is a little difference (which is not confirmed at all) that difference must be really really slim.

My 2 cents.
