Can u switch your ship and account to another server if u have premium?

hi id like to know if i could get my ship and premium account switched to usa east 3 by chance. I'm tired of trying to talk to someone and not understanding there language im american. then could u delete my ship in usa 3 i got now if i have one plz. User ID.4488135

Hello,

It is not possible to transfer accounts to other servers. You have to restart all over again on a new server if you want to play on a new one.
