Of course. Enemies can reach any map that you can reach (excluding personal galaxy gates).

Can an enemy aggress you on the X-8 map? I know that on an X-1 map, you have to shoot them first...

In all x-8 Maps, if you're not ina Demil Zone, you're fair game. Uppers is for Players who've "Moved Up" in the Game

So Yes, You WILL Most Likely be shot at if an Enemy finds out outside of a Demil Zone (Cept for StrerunRs. They just stalk you)

Can they shoot at you 1st at the x-8 base. No you got to shoot them 1st to allow this.

Can they shoot you mid map or when your not and base or at port. Yes
