how can u do a gga in 00:03:15 if u look on best on gga in germany 2 server

there was a giltch when the time went back an hour, and it showed people having negative gate times.
this might be the case, as when the time went back, it took an hour of of that persons' time.
so instead of 1hr 3min, it is just 3min.

if its not that, then it must be some other type of glitch
