Cpu Radar???

I have a question about CPU radar.First I don't know what is it and for what is it,i have it in my equipment but nothing happens!!!Please answer on my question,THANK you forward guys!!!

Its a radar that will shows this on your mini map:

Clan your at war with = red on mini just like a enemy company.

Clan your allied with = green on mini.

Clan you have a NAP with = yellow on mini.

But, if you is a premium member, radar CPU is not necessary for you.
