Okay heres my idea, [SOL] Solaris

Solaris is a sun nation where anyone is free to join but the maps are very dangerous as they are open to everyone, the new maps will consist in 0-1, 0-2, 0-3, 0-4, 0-5, 0-6, 0-7, and 0-8, just like all the other companies, anything you'd like me to add plz suggest in this thread and plz ignore the some of the older posts, thank you :)

im not sure i understand this your saying you have to be lvl 15 to be in this company?? or are you just saying new maps ?

Im saying you have to be level 15 to go through the 4-4 middle gate to get to the new maps, unless you are part of the company then you just have to be level 12

it sounds to me like your saying this new company has an advantage thats not right all companies should be eqaul in everything and new maps yes lvl to get in them 16 and higher seems fair to me but i guess thats more up to d.o

Actually no this company isn't at an advantage, it is actually equal to all companies, 50 people to start, while all the other companies have over 300, and this companies simple maps are 4-1,4-2, 4-3 and 4-4, so it seems pretty fair and the level to into the Advanced maps is there for a reason, the aliens will be tougher to kill and so on,

From what is posted you must be 15 to get to this maps so it will have less invaders than the other companies thus becoming the safest company to be in

You dont get it do you? if youre in there the only people you have to worry about is the people you always have to worry about, its the bio freaks and im sure theyre past level 15

I think you just made it up to join it, not to add an advantage to the game...
and i see a huge disadvantage.. as there is 50 people in that company, they would have better life quality, as aliens would be more available, very few Solaris killers, and very few outlaws, and tougher aliens with bigger rewards..this is just like adding a new galaxy gate which only lvl 15 players can play...
+ new company ideas would make the solar system lose its diagonal shape, and it wouldnt be fair for others that they cant access the other companies map...and new companies wont cause anything but more noob complain...

Just an idea, they could take off the only 50 people part, and you have to at least level 13 to go to enemy x2 maps, and besides anyone level 8 and up can invade out simple maps, also you cant close, youre not an admin or mod or anything like that, so please keep that out of your posts, i would very much appreciate it

since the dawn of humanity, they were suggesting new maps, and non were taken into consideration..

Please do not act like an admin it might just earn you infraction points, and Solaris has not yet been suggested, besides this will also make new maps if you have not read it carefully enough

Solaris hasn't been suggested before, "Azamara" hasn't been suggested before, "Cola" hasnt been suggested before...am i getting a point that u think that a company needs a name to be different? i told u why its bad and then i closed :P
companies are companies, wether it has a cool name or not..and when u say, if DO maked this i would like to be transfered to solaris heres my id:******, it seems like u want it just to join it and not to suggest anything...

1. making any new company means that that company will be SEVERELY outnumbered in players

2. all comapnies must be equal. that means, same map settings, same about of maps, same aliens, same amount of home bases, same ships... the only thing different is the location of their home bases, and their maps ofc.

what you are saying is that the company will be heavily out of balance to the other 3, which just renders the idea impossible.

I like the idea of a new company. I also agree with the idea that they wont open it until they have enough members from each company to join it. Thus making it even all around.

I was thinking of the maps. saying "I'm in 5-1" sounds like your in another game. Like this, pretend your an admin (like shadow-11 does:p) and your going to fly around the maps. They will say, "I will go to all the x-1 maps.. 1-1, 2-1, 3-1, and 5-1"... doesn't sound right, right? :)

So try making it 0-1 through 0-8 that way it will not mess up Battle Maps and it will stay in order. Problem solved :cool:

The name Solaris has been used in a Bigpoint/Splitscreen Studios joint game already. It is a server name though. Just sayin, its not very original.

Are you talking about Titan? one of mars moons? and why on earth would we reset the rankings? it would mess everything up, the members of the new company would just have to work hard to get to the 3 companies level

Incorrect. Pirate Galaxy's "Sol" is not "Solaris". Also, as far as I know they are not connected anymore.

The 0-x maps are used by the mods? They are not used enough than. The mods can have 2011-x if they wanted it. So if it brought more players and more money, they have no problem losing there 0-x maps. ;)

As I do not see any other ideas that will work, 0-x is possibly the best option.

It really isn't, but why change them all when we could keep them the same by making them 0-x maps?

Also, we like our PvP maps, we don't want them changed. Although if they brought out a new company.. I could learn to live with it.
