Red clan tag problem

Hi, as a clan we're experiencing problems with a war we have. We declared war yesterday before server restart, and today we met some of the people we are at war with and their clan tag does not show up red, which is what should occur. Any reasons why, and can it be fixed? Thanks to any answers in advance :)

We have noticed this GA1, and it is being looked into. What server are you playing on so we can test it and report that server as well.
