having a problem on the start page

Every time I hit the start button the game loads fine, but when I hit start to play the game it says the connection has been lost and that I'm no longer connected to the Dark Orbit server. I've checked and I don't have any problems with my computer so if there's anything you guys can help with I'd greatly appreciate it.

The only solution that sorta works for me is closing the window or tab that holds the game (not logging out, closing the window), then I restart the game and it sometimes connects. It also might be helpful to try a couple of different browsers.

Try the usual stuff.. make sure you have latest java, clear your cache and try a different browser if nothing else works.

This happens to me sometimes when I first log on. I just keep pushing the reconnect button and am usually on within 5 -10 seconds.

Occasionally I have to close the window and re-log which always resolves it. Once logged on everything works fine.
