I have become trapped in the Red area and cannot get out. Yah I know what you are thinking, Help I've fallen and can't get up. Ok..laughter over. Is this a glitch in the game or have I just lost out on winter GG.

This is a support issue and they will fix it. Go on your back page, click on Help and the Support link just above Godspeed Caption. This will take you to a ticket. Write your problem and don't forget to include your User ID, and they will take care of it for ya.
