Cant bid for ammo in trade

I have the new ammo capacity equipped in both settings and can hold 80,000 lasers but currently on have 46,000. However, when I try to bid for x2 ammo, it keeps saying "You already have the max. amount of laser ammo on board!"

Are you on the right config? on one config you might have the ammo bay expansion but on the other maybe it's not equipped.

It was equipped on both settings so wouldnt matter
