can not log in to game

hello,my name is jobe,i play west server,my id is 27038517,the prob is when i try to hit start button it dons not let me start game,i cleared cash,updated flasherplayer,i am usen ie browser,i can log in to east account no prob,but when i try to log in to west will not let me,i still have access to all my back page stuff,but will not let me log in,any advice would be greatley appercitated,again ty ///west server jobe id 27038517.thank you and have a good day,

I have the same problem, I have not been able to log into the west server for about 24 hours now.
Same symptoms: I press the "Start" (in the old UI) or "Enter Galaxy" (in the new UI) button and nothing happens. (no new window). I can log into the east server just fine.

Yes this is still an issue,have no problems logging onto east servers only west,have tried Firefox,chrome,basic IE and still no luck,have cleared cache and still not able to log on west to main account.

cant log into uk server when click on uk server a blank screen appears saying connection was reset.:eek:...been trying for last hour no joy?

hello mates,

its a global issue on Bigpoint sites (i guess).

started an hour earlier, most of the DO servers are unavailable. Though the BP,DO sites and forums were restored to normal.(20 mins ago)

Yea i m also having issues logging in , like you guys, but i cant access my backpage.

So lets wait for something in OA from some official there. and hope it gets fixed soon
