Really? I can "log in", and get the the hangar, but I can't get into the game. The "Start" button doesn't work.

Make sure you clear your browser cache so that any fixes they have made will get re-downloaded to your machine.
Also it would be a good idea to Clear your Flash Cache as well.

My start page is so big now can't even see start button keep up the great work Big Point you will loose us all.:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:: mad: and by the way I have cleared my cache it did nothing to help

I have cleared my cache. The Start button still does nothing. Can anyone actually get into the West Server and navigate their ship on the map? I can't.

Yes. I was experiencing problems this morning. I waited for a while, updated my flash player, cleared my cache, and POOF, I was back in and playing.

Now during that time I got a reply from SnowGhost that support was aware of it and actively working on it. It was after that reply that I tried the above steps. Good luck with your problems.

after getting to the star map right click and select show all. this will show the start button. press start.
after you are in the game the play screen will be messed up.
go into setting and pick load star map automatically.
logout and relog and it should work

so i figured i could log on to "help" and get some info about west server being down? but obviously not... they (dark orbit support team) have'nt even admitted there is a problem?? the first step to fixing a problem is admitting there is one. i can log onto global usa all day, but not west? isnt west an older server? come on D.O get it together and at least post something for noobs like me that states there is an issue???!!!:eek::mad::(:confused:

i cant get logged into west eather - i just get the new thing that pops up after your tell it your server and then it stops loading:mad:
