if you are talking about applying to be a CM or FM then that will take a few months. If you are talking about a normal support ticket then a few days at the most provided its not a weekend.

You should get an acknowledgment email quickly. Then usually with in 24 hours during the week you will get an email from a Representative that will be dealing with your request. On a week end, you will get the conformation right away, but no other action till Monday or Tuesday depending on the number of requests filed over the weekend.

After your initial automated ticket number response, it should be 24- 72 hours before another response. Occasionally an issue may take a bit more time to look into.

My gamma gate was working fine then yesterday i tried to do next wave i jumpe gate and then it lagged and it said i was destroyed and then i did it agen it was ok until i almost finished the wave it lagged and i lost another life and now i only have one more left.:( i think the lag problem will happen agen and i will lose whole gate wat should i do....:(:( (note this aint a problem i need some advice thats all)

The short answer.. Buy a spare life.. 99.9% of the time lag isn't caused by DO's server, so onless it is the .1% they will not credit lives or reset gates. Forum Mods can't credit lives or reset gates so its a support issue.

This is a good answer. Please try and complete your gate, buy an extra life if you wish. But you will need to contact support if you want a reset.
