Page Redirecting

When ever I try to log into USA East, I am always redirected to this page:
http://us1.darkorbit.bigpoint.com/index.es?action=externalHomeUSTest&aid=0
Why is this??? When I logged in through a proxy, I was redirected to the correct page!!! What internet options do I need to change, or is something wrong with my ISP???? :mad::eek::eek::eek:

The Same thing happened with me, I've been unable to log on to US East 2 but I can get on basically any other server, I even got into the Russian Server. I contacted support, but they ignored my last email. I'm really wondering what the deal is considering I can log onto Us East 1 with no Issues at all. :(

I Hope to add more to my US east 2 by BUYING Uri, and a good amount of it. Please fix these issues BP, Or I quit. :mad:

I cannot logg into USA east 1 OR 2 (:mad::mad::mad::mad:)! BP needs to fix my issues too since I have so much hard-earned equipment on that account! Im not going to earn it again!
Again issue: Everytime I try to logg into my main (USA EAST 1; username: Ilostthegame), I am redirected to this page: http://us1.darkorbit.bigpoint.com/index.es?action=externalHomeUSTest&aid=0
But when I logg in through a proxy, the login occurs the correct way, except for the fact that proxies of course cannot run the page correctly. Please fix again!!! (USA EAST 1 is my ideal server because that is wehre I registered first and I do live on the East coast)
EDIT: I am still waiting for a mod or support team member to fix/answer the question/issue
By the way, support has not provided any useful answers. None of the messages sent to me mentioned anything about my page redirection issue.

USA East server working for me, if you cleared your cache, updated your Flash and Java and still have issues with connecting to server then please contact support.

No offense, but so much waiting for an answer that does not answer my question/fix my issue.
Again, when ever I logg in, I am not sent to the starting page with links such a skylab, hangar, quests, and etc., I am sent to this page:
http://us1.darkorbit.bigpoint.com/index.es?action=externalHomeUSTest&aid=821
But when I logg in through a proxy, I can see the starter page (except for the fact that the proxy of course messes up the page).
PLEASE FIX!!!!!
I am not going to switch servers just to play the game as I am truly not willing to earn over $80+ worth or uri.
EDIT: Server needed to log in is USA East ONE
Just in case, I have cleared my cache, with flash 10, and about java, I am sure I have no need for that as again.... if I logg in through a proxy, its all fine (except the page is messed up, but at least I can get pass the server selection)

I have contacted support multiple times and I have not gotten a response that fixes or even relates to the issue.

if you already contacted support you should try to solve the issue with them, just be patient and do what what they say.

*Also postin here and contacting support about same issue is considered as spam.

I posted and answer to this issue. Im not sure what happened to it:

Log in through a different browser. IE will not let me in I continuously loop the reg page. Until I log through firefox or another browser.
Here is the rub: the advise to clear your cache and cookies not only messes up ALL of the other things that you NEED the cache and cookies for it in no way helps in this issue.

I have tested this on my account on no less than 30 seperate systems running XP, Vista and 7. The only way to get through the loop is to log through another browser. Then you can go into the game normally.

Try that and see if it helps. I know its the only way for me to play since the new client came online.
