Okay i am an outlaw but i want to redeem my self how do i get that stupid target off and ranks on?

basically the only way to remove the 'target' is to get positive honor.....
So go shooting stuners and lordakias in X-1 and X-2!

Otherwise you might find yourself chased by your own people. ^^
