MY ID IS 1633650 AND U TOOK 30.00 DOLLARS FROM MY ACCOUNT ON 6/28/08 AND I DIDNOT AUTHORIZE IT. I HAVE BEEN GONE SENCE 6/26/08 SO I COULD NOT HAVE DONE IT.:mad: NOW WE HAVE A PROBLEM.PLEASE EXPLANE THE REASON FOR THE UNAUTHORIZED WITHDRAW MY ACCOUNT WITH YOU ,OR MY ACCOUNT WITH YOU WILL BE CLOSED.:mad: I AM CONTACTING MY BANK IN AM TO TRY TO STOP PAYMENT:mad:.:mad::mad::mad::confused::mad::confus ed::mad:.

Email support, you can find their email address on the home page of the back screen. Be sure to provide the: Game name, Server, User Id, and your User name.

this could be if you had bought premium before, it could automatic renew the contract when it ends...

This is clearly a Payment Problem. Look Here (http://en.board.bigpoint.com/darkorbit/showthread.php?t=20) for exactly how to inform/work with BP/DO to get it resolved.
