This kind of laser is faster only for those who have cont premium? because I used it without having premium and it seems that is good for nothing.

There is a 3 sec cool down when useing RSB ammo. Is that what you are talken about?

there is no difference in laser speed or cool down for premium users. Only for rockets firing rate.

And as mentioned there is a cool down time, which is the same for all.

The best way to use this ammo is to rotate from RSB to x4 during the cool down time then back to RSB then x4 for cool down etc...
