Hi I have a problem skylab so I explained why I can not make ore endurium and terbium in skylab because I can not level reinforced some things skylab. just want to know how to fix it alltime my endurium and terbium is 0th

If you turn off your refineries (prometium and endurium) your collectors will start to work properly and you will build up the basic resources to allow you to upgrade your lab. leave them switched off until you have upgraded your collectors to 2 or more levels above your refineries.

You should always stagger the upgrades to allow your collectors to do their job.

As an example if your collectors are level 5, your refineries need to be lvl 4 or below to allow the basic resources to build up otherwise the refineries take all of the basic resources and leave none for upgrades.
