if you want an eic clan that will never tax you and never help you i highly recommend the ArmyOfBabies. i am currently accepting every other application and applications with the letter 9 in them.
i promise to never promise anything, and i promise to never keep my promises which i wont make.
-the only rule is that you cant be an outlaw.

-rule number five is that rule number four is never to be enforced and never to be broken.
-finally. the only rule is that you have to begin and end every proposition with either boss, or coach.
