when i press credits to pay for uri than i see 3 things , transfer to account, become premium and a thirth where i see 10000 uri weekley, but its still available soon, i see that already 3 month, when is soon for the do crew ? soon is for me like in 2 days or 1 week :) not 3 month :)) just to know when we can use that :)

No one knows, it will be case of "when it's done", kind of like with Duke Nukem Forever. Remember, the coders are still trying to deal with the alien exploit people are abusing right now, plus still add goodies to the game.
